I am originally from Tampa, Florida and now live in Greenville, South Carolina.  I have an amazing 14 year old daughter who is the center of my universe.  

I graduated from medical school at the University of Florida (Go Gators!).  My internship was Internal Medicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.  First year of radiology residency was at the University of Florida and the remainder was at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.  My fellowship was in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.  

My career passions are interventional oncology, hepatobiliary disease, tumor ablation, complex IVC filter retrieval, and percutaneous cholangioscopy.  My research interests are broad and include body imaging, interventional radiology, medical device design, oncology, imaging cost effectiveness, portal hypertension, artificial intelligence, vascular imaging, and anything having to do with the liver.

I am privileged to teach at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville (Associate Professor) and Clemson University School of Health Research (Clinical Assistant Professor).  

I work in the department of Interventional Radiology at Prisma Health Upstate and serve as Vice Chair of Academic Affairs for the Department of Radiology.

In my free time, I am an avid traveler and love to see new places and meet new people.  I am also a huge football fan and live for Gators and Bucs seasons.
